Oscar is a huge 2 years of age, neutered, guardian for sheep and goats, not poultry. He can go into the chicken pasture with me, but cannot be left without supervision with the birds. He is part Akbash, Pyrenees, and Marmma. He lives in the pasture with sheep. He has been successful keeping the regional cougar from consuming my sheep utilizing his loud scary bark as an alarm system. He would do best with another knowledgeable animals Guardian for business out in the field. He needs a large well fenced pasture. He was raised with electrical tape at the bottom of fence and buried fencing around interior border of barn to deter from digging. Never jumped a fence. He knows 'sit, lay-down, wait, leave it, and back'. He is NOT a household animal, however he is lovable and extremely sweet with me.
